On Wednesday, January 17, the Gymateria was filled with budding scientists from our Lower School, sharing their experiments and research. Students, faculty, and parents had the opportunity to view the impressive science fair projects from Princeton Day School's 1st and 2nd grade students.
From egg shell geodes, to art robots, to slime, to potato batteries, to nail polish and rock candy, our students' projects covered a wide range of fascinating projects. The best part was seeing all the students engaging with the projects and with the science behind them, and learning so much in the process.
Here are photos from the first Lower School Science Fair. And be sure to check back on February 6 when the 3rd and 4th grade scientists present their projects.
