Model UN Team Wins Best Large Delegation at Conference

The Princeton Day School Model United Nations Team competed in The Johns Hopkins Model UN Conference and won the coveted "Best Large Delegation" trophy. Faculty advisor and US history teacher Eamon Downey shared that the conference boasted a competition with 1700 delegates from nearly 150 high schools. "Our Model UN team saw that as an alluring challenge," he noted. There were a number of elite programs competing at the conference, including a strong Cape Coral High School contingent, but the PDS team gave it their best effort, described as "superb" by Mr. Downey. Congratulations to our team! Please see the results of the conference below.
