First of This Year's Anne Reid '72 Art Gallery Exhibits Inspires All

Next Exhibit: Distraction, 10/22-11/16, with Reception 10/26 5-7pm Featuring Artist's Talk

Last week's public reception for the year's first Anne Reid '72 Art Gallery exhibit, Evolution of a Concept, was a feast for the eyes and ears. Student violinists Eric Chen '19 and Kaito Mimura '19 played a series of virtuosic pieces as attendees explored the impressive architectural models and projects of five Princeton Day School alumni: Zachary Dudek '17, Paul Fuschetti '14, Noah Liao '17, Marco Pinheiro '15, and Christina Tian '17. These alums developed their talents while studying architecture here with renowned faculty member David Burkett and went on to pursue their passions at some of the country's finest university programs.

Stop in to see these architectural works before they go — the exhibit runs through October 5 and the gallery is open to the public.

And — mark your calendars for the next exhibit, Distraction, a visually stunning and innovative exploration of our society's evolving intersections and collisions with technology, featuring the provocative work of artists Nick Beatty and Eva Mantell. Their works will be on display from October 22 to November 16, with two public receptions you won't want to miss: Wednesday, October 24, 12:30-1:00pm and Friday, October 26, 5:00-7:00pm, with artist's talk at 6:00pm.
