Important Information

  • Refund Policy: The $1,200 deposit is nonrefundable. The entire $3,800 cost becomes non-refundable after January 20, 2025. In the event of withdrawal after this date, Princeton Day School can arrange for a travel credit to be issued by the airline for your student's ticket. However, this credit cannot be transferred to another individual and must be used by the original ticket holder. 
  • Optional Trip Insurance: Families may choose to purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations using a third party travel insurance provider. It is up to the parent/student's discretion to purchase travel insurance.
