Withdraw Policy

Airfare is fully refundable through December 9th should your student’s plans change. After December 9th, we will be unable to refund airfare, but may be able to work with the airline to transfer the ticket should anything prevent your student from attending our trip. After January 15th, should your student’s plans change, PDS will refund program fees except those that the School is unable to recover (i.e. hotel and transportation deposits).
