Leadership Giving makes a difference!

The PDS Fund, our annual fund and highest priority, is vital to enhancing the PDS experience. Along with endowment support, it helps bridge the gap between our income and expenses, creating greater opportunities for all students and faculty. Thanks to philanthropy, each student receives about a $5,000 scholarship. Leadership gifts to The PDS Fund start at $2,500, and account for approximately 78% of our annual campaign. Donors contributing $10,000+ join our 1965 Circle, featuring an intimate dinner with school leadership and community visionaries.

Endowment gifts are crucial to PDS’s long-term financial health. These self-sustaining funds provide 10% of our annual operating budget, enabling us to attract top faculty, enhance programs, and offer financial aid. Leadership gifts to the endowment begin at $10,000 (or $50,000 over five years), with the threshold of establishing new endowed funds set at $100,000+.

As of June 30, 2024, the school’s endowment was valued at just under $90M. While healthy, there remains a significant gap between the size of our endowment and our peer institutions.
