Where do I go when I arrive?
When you arrive on campus through the Main Entrance on the Great Road, check-in will be located in the Colross Building on your left. This Georgian building will be “home base” during the weekend. Coffee, water, and restroom facilities will be available, and staff will be there to say hello and answer any questions!
What if there is inclement weather?
While we certainly hope for a beautiful weekend, inclement weather is possible. But, never fear! All events will continue as planned, rain or shine. If there is a weather emergency, all guests will be informed prior to the start of the weekend.
Weather permitting, registration will be in front of Colross. If there is rain, registration will be moved inside the building.
What should I wear?
Where should I park?
Friday and Saturday (daytime): Recommended parking is at Colross located on the right-hand side of the main entrance. Registration will be located here and golf cart shuttles will be available to transport guests around campus.
Saturday (evening): Recommended parking for the awards ceremony and the Blue & White Bash is at the Athletic Center.
Where should I stay?
We have a discounted room block at the Chauncey Center in Princeton for reservations made by April 16.
May I bring my kids?
May I smoke on campus? What about vaping?
May I bring my own alcohol?
I can’t make it, but I already paid. Can I receive a refund?
Cancellations made by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1 will receive refunds. If you need a refund, email your request to alumni@pds.org.
