Upper School Application Process

Grades 9-12

Fill Out an Inquiry Form

All applicants must begin the application process by submitting an inquiry form. Once submitted, you will receive an email to set up your PDS Admission portal account.

Submit a Student Profile via the Standard Application Online

Complete the Student Profile Form of the Standard Application Online (SAO) and pay the application fee. A link to the SAO can be found on your Inquiry checklist. The Student Profile Form should be submitted as early as possible. This will grant you access to your applicant checklist on the PDS Admission Portal. All remaining application materials must be submitted by the January 15 deadline.

Schedule Your Interview

Interviews are required and must be scheduled by parents/caregivers via the applicant checklist on the PDS Admission Portal. All interviews must be completed by mid-January.

Complete Standardized Testing

All applicants are required to submit SSAT (or ISEE) scores. Applicants to 10th or 11th grade may submit PSAT scores instead. Fall SSAT testing dates and registration can be found here. Scores must be received no later than January 15th.

Use the SSAT code 5902 to have your scores sent to PDS. 

Complete your Application Checklist by January 15

All required application components will appear on your application checklist within the PDS Admission Portal. All materials are due by January 15th.
