Lower School Application Process
Grades PreK-4
Fill Out an Inquiry Form
All applicants must begin the application process by submitting an inquiry form. Once submitted, you will receive an email to set up your PDS Admission portal account.
Submit a student profile via the Standard Application Online
Complete the Student Profile Form of the Standard Application Online (SAO) and pay the application fee. A link to the SAO can be found on your Inquiry checklist. The Student Profile Form should be submitted as early as possible, as this will grant you access to your applicant checklist on the PDS Admission Portal. The remaining application materials must be submitted by the January 15 deadline.

Schedule Required Visits
PK, K, 1st Grade Applicants: Schedule the required Individual Assessment and Group Play Day via the applicant checklist.
2nd, 3rd, 4th Grade Applicants: All applicants are required to take the ISEE. Princeton Day School will administer the exam on Saturday, January 18. To register, students must be applicants in our admission process. Applicants will find the event code and school code required for registration in their checklist in the PDS Admission Portal. Registration deadline is December 28.

Students must be five years old by September 1
