Testing Update - 11/13/20

Princeton Day School has updated its policy regarding standardized testing. For the 2021-2022 school year, standardized testing is optional for all applicants. If your child has taken, or plans to take, the SSAT or ISEE you may submit their scores but it is not required. We will accept scores from this current school year or from 2019-2020. All applicants will be reviewed holistically, and students who do not submit scores will not be disadvantaged in the admission process.

Getting Started

Princeton Day School uses the Standard Application Online (SAO) for all grades. The application process differs slightly depending on the grade to which you are applying.

To begin the application process with PDS for any grade, you must first submit the Student Profile within the SAO, and pay the application fee.

Once you have submitted the Student Profile on the SAO, you will receive an email from the PDS Admission Portal to set up an account to track all your child’s admission activities.

This opens an application file with us, and allows you to schedule your assessments and interviews.

Princeton Day School complies with all federal and state laws prohibiting discrimination in its admission, employment and administrative policies.
