Princeton Day School welcomed our new students (and some returning students) for Orientations this week in all three divisions. With lots of activities happening simultaneously for students and parents, the campus was buzzing.
Parents had the opportunity to hear from Head of School Paul Stellato, as well as respective division heads on plans for the coming year. Students in the Lower School were able to meet teachers and classmates, play in their classrooms, visit the garden and hens, and even find a special treat in their lockers (spoiler alert: miniature stuffed Panthers—adorable!). Middle School students met teachers, toured their new classrooms and shared spaces, learned about technology, and enjoyed a pizza party on the playground on one of the most beautiful days of the summer. Our 9th grade students and new Upper School students met teachers and class deans, participated in a number of team building activities with the our Peer Group leaders, and had the opportunity to try out Princeton Day School's one-of-a-kind ropes course. Today's 9th grade orientation concludes with a special dinner in the garden.
See you next week, Panthers!
