On Sunday, October 1 from 9:00 a.m. to noon, join us for our community garden day where students, parents, faculty and staff come together to work on improving the garden. Sustainability Coordinator Liz Cutler encourages the community to come for any amount of time to help—feel free bring friends. Bonus: yummy breakfast treats will be available.
On Saturday, October 7, Princeton Day School will present the 9th annual Harvest Festival, beginning at 5:30 p.m. This much-loved event is a wonderful way to celebrate the garden and savor locally grown food. The feast will be prepared by Upper School students from the EnAct Club and the Garden Apprentice Program, in partnership with our FLIK chefs, highlighting vegetables and herbs from our own garden and other local organic farms. Music, garden tours, and a potluck dessert make this a not-to-be-missed event. Register here.
